Curious behavior

With my iPad 2 and Absinthe jailbreak, since I have updated Synchronize 2, whenever I install any new app, I get white icons appearing after the new installation.

These white icons are Adsheet, Configuration, DataActivation, FieldTest and iOS Diagnostics. They look like Apple configuration icons. Also, somw hidden icons do appear while they should not.

The only way to get rid of them is by doing a respring. What's happening?

This is a very common happening, as I myself suffer from this also. I still don't know of a fix.
