Just got my iPad2 yesterday and would like to have an app that creates documents and spreadsheets. I purchased Quick Office Pro but it looks like it only opens and edits not for creating. Am I correct?
No, it makes new documents ok. I don't much like Quick Office, though. If you have a word document that has any complex/strict formatting, or anything in the header/footer, IMO you're better off with pages, or running a full-service office suite from a VNC client.

Tim, would you suggest that all of these apps should be owned just to allow for all kinds of docs. I have iworks and the iPhone version of office2 but I don't own docs to go.
