Could not connect to itunes

Hello, everybody please help me, why my iPad could not connect to iTunes since first I bought my iPad. I have registered as iTunes member, but if I open my iTunes always appear pop up "sorry, could not connect to iTunes". I'm Indonesian, is it related with regional issue or not? Anybody ever got same problem and have solved? Thank you.

Unfortunately, iTunes is not available in Indonesia at this time.
