Copying files to and from network share with IPAD?

is there any way to share network files with the IPAD? by that I mean, being able to see a network share and copy files to the ipad. or being able to copy a file from the ipad to the network share? for instance, photos, documents etc? I am trying to do this WITHOUT ITUNES and with an APP.

I downloaded FILEBROWER APP and I can see the shares but cant move files to the IPOD or from the IPOD to the network share...
