Maybe a coincidence but since last two iOS upgrades sites are requiring me to resign-in. Such a pain.

Thoughts, solutions appreciated.

Private mode was already turned off. Turned on then off. Passwords working now. Thanks.

I am being asked to confirm account details every time I attempt to install a free app or update. I confirm my details but get a message that there was a problem with a previous purchase, or the charge has been refused.
