So, I'm running low on space on my iPad 2. I heard about something called Cloud Storage, but I really don't know much about it or how it works, but from what I understand, it can help me with my data storage limit.

Can someone explain to me how it works and how I set it up to use with my iPad 2?

Also, would using Cloud Storage be a better/suitable alternative than just trading in my iPad 2 for one with more storage?

I have been wondering the same thing, but as an option to selling your ipad to buy a bigger one, take a look at the airstash, I use one and love it, can store up to 64GB using sdhc card. i keep all my movies and music videos on mine so it frees up space on myipad.

Does the airstash work for games/apps too or just media like music and movies?

What about dropbox? Store everything you need there, and just download it when you need it.
