i was wondering has anyone found a really nice profile to be sharing to be able to stream videos over cloud Ftp or nas drivers at the moment i am haven problems they are either to big or they are to small

i would be very grateful is someone would share a profile
I am after a really good quality profile

resolution
file eg mov,mpeg,divx
bit rate
frame rate
quality

As in a file type? Like mp4 or divx?
