clock widget

hi,
does anyone know how to put a digital clock widget on the first page of my springboard?

without changing the current theme i currently have if possible?

i've seen photographs of it being done, but im still a bit of a jailbreak noob!

There is an app called dreamboard and the midnight theme comes with one. I don't recommend it though. Dreamboard launches apps and stuff from the dream board app, so the normal springboard gets blocked. Dreamboard is slow too.
