I am at the point where I need to visit mick's home in order to complete the recreation centre. I have searched all the homes and he doesn't seem to be there. I cannot build another house as I need to complete this task first. Help!

Mick will show up in town at some point and ask to live in your town. Took me about two weeks after the goal appeared to have him show up. Just keep expanding your town and completing other goal and he will show up eventually. The hint means nothing so ignore it. G
