how do you do that?

Hold down the shift key until it turns blue. Repeat to turn off.
Believe there's an option in the settings menu to turn the option on or off.

Enable in options. Press both Shift keys at the same time to enable.

Tap-Tap the shift key for caps lock, Tap again to return to normal. Much easier and quicker than settings.

You have to go into General settings, Keyboard and turn on Enable Caps Lock.

Then you can double tap Shift twice or press both Shifts at the same time. If you don't enable the feature in Settings, it won't work.
