Can't Update Apps

ive been trying to update some of my apps, but I keep getting a message that I can't update in my country, Malta... Most of these apps are bought and I have updated them more then once. Can anyone please explain why... Thank you for any help..

I hope this will help:

Go to App Store - Featured. Scroll down to your Apple ID and tap it. Then select "View Apple ID". Enter the password. If you were in a wrong App Store country, this will be corrected, and you should be able to update again.
