Can't send AOL mail - receive OK

Suddenly, after two years, I cannot send mail from any of my AOL accounts. The message I get is "Sending the message content to the server failed".

I deleted all my AOL accounts and re-setup one of them. Same problem.

The account works fine on a PC. My iCloud account works on the iPad.

Any and all help would be appreciated.
