Can't get past welcome screen in iCloud

Heya

Perhaps someone can help - am using iPad 2 and have set up my iCloud account. All iCloud options are switched on except mail and notes but when I go to icloud. com all I get is the welcome careen and three options - to set up iCloud, to set up find my iPhone and t set up find my friends.

How do I see my documents etc?

Had same problem myself. You need to use a mac or PC to login - and it doesn't like old Versions of MS Windows OSs or IE.
