Cannot find the backup button

Hi all,,I am trying to backup the iPad to iCloud Drive but cannot find the backup button.
I have the iCloud turned on and have entered the apple password ok and everything looks ok.
Can someone please tell me how to do it please.

You backup your iPad to iCloud, not to iCloud Drive.
You'll find "Backup" in Settings - iCloud:

Tap it, then enable backups to iCloud:
