Back Up to PC

I have a 3rd Gen iPad Pro Model: MTJ02VC/A and I am trying to backup to my PC. The problem is I cannot connect to the PC. The iPad has a USB-C input port and I cannot find an adapter that works that goes from USB-C to USB on my PC. What does everyone else do for this? Note: this is in addition to my backup to the iCloud which does work without issue.

Apple sells the correct cable in it’s stores and it’s online store.

Hi Bill - I have two USB-C to USB cables right next to me - just check Amazon HERE - top hits shown below - plenty of options there - not sure where you are located in the world? Good luck - Dave
