Can I stream live video from iPad to another device

Is it possible to be videoing something on my ipad and watching it as it happens in another room?

(I am a consultant and want to be able to video clients giving presentations in one room while I watch on another device in another room. Ideally I would be able to record this as well)

Apple TV will work assuming you have a wifi connection just mirror the iPad
If no wifi network just purchase a airport express router as as well as apple Tv plus hdmi cable.
Time recording will be govern by size of memory in iPad

You can turn an iDevice into a web camera, which can then be viewed by various methods like web browser, other iDevices, etc. With the right combination of apps, I'm sure you can do what your looking to do.
