Can I get any apps for my iPad?

I have 2 iPad 1’s - an A1219 32gb and a A1337 64gb.

They’re both in great condition- just old.

Does anybody know how I can get apps for them? Anything I try in the App Store seems to not work,

During the last few years Apple has been clearing older apps from the App Store. Some of them may be still in your purchase history if you bought and downloaded them when they were available.
