Can File Folders on iPad be password-protected?

I don’t see a way within the Files app, so are 3rd-party solutions the only way right now? Any of them good, trustworthy?

I have not seen any way with Files, either. Both FileBrowser and Readdle Documents are fingerprint/password protected. With FileBrowser you can lock individual folders, although whether all locked folders use the same access password, I am not sure.
