Cache

Using Version 5 on ipad2, I cannot locate 'empty cache'. This was on the previous version.
If I delete cookies, will I lose numbers on bank accounts?

I didn't give an answer as I haven't upgraded yet to iOS5, I simply moved the post to a more 'accessible' area of the Forum...
