Morning everyone. I am new to this site but I hope you can help me.
I have upgraded from an Ipad air 1 16gb. I have erased my stuff from it and I am currently selling this on Ebay. I have a potential buyer who has 2 questions.
Will it have the find phone facility?
Is the icloud locked?
Hope someone can help me.

If you erased your iPad using the built in feature (Settings - Gereral - Reset - Erase all Content & Settings), iCloud has been removed completely, so it is not locked to your iCloud ID.

If you haven't done this, follow these instructions to remove your iCloud ID:
What to do before you sell or give away your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Find my iPad will be active and available, as soon as the new owner signs in with his own iCloud ID and enables this feature in the device's settings.
