Hi Gfarmer - welcome to the forum! 
At the moment, I'm not using a money app on my iPad but have been looking; so cannot give you a personal recommendation, however, take a look at THIS LINK, now 2 yrs old but I suspect that most of these programs are still around (and likely updated). Hopefully, others w/ some more personal advice will 'chime in' - and if you find a great app or two, please post back!
