Update in my tickets to GI regarding the contest not switching over for hours. Oddly enough my original ticket which I submitted on 3/13 still hasn't been answered but the one I sent a day or so ago received this response:

Ok, wow. Their response for why the contests don't switch over seamlessly is that I haven't collected my reward yet?! I didn't even win an award and in the screenshots its clear I don't have one waiting. I told them my troubleshooting: reboot game and iPad, and provided a screenshot showing that even after doing that it STILL showed the same contest as the day before.
Is breathing the only requirement for getting a job at GI? They have the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
