So what I found out is, if you restart the app, the initial letter might change. If you restart until you get a letter from kate, it saves you the energy needed to trade other letters.

However, this is time-consuming, so I don't know if I continue with that.

Just wanted to add that this still works on the 3rd quest as well. Restart until you get Mike letters for insta trade-ins. Avoid Alex cus he starts at the beginning of the chain.

My favourite moment was when I had five "people" running around the streets and you could only trade items with no starting item to go with... had to restart my game.

I noticed that if I go to a friend's city and then go back to mine, the starter item usually pops up. If not on the first try, I go to another friend's city and it usually works for me and fixes the problem.

Going to a friend's city is a great tip. Saves a lot of time. I've also started collecting the mike letters so part three goes fast. Hope I can make it! Thanks again for all the tips everyone!

So I thought elite business (special achievement) was a night cafe, tv tower and sun cafe....but that didn't work. Does anyone have this achievement completed?

Hmmm... Me too. I was going to buy the night cafe tonight but I will hold off now. That is what appears to be showing in the picture.

I am not able to collect rewards. The game crashes as soon as i click on collect reward.

Is anyone facing this problem? Any help will help, coz now i have been trying to get my last silver beam for two days now, the game keeps crashing and restting the beams counter

Yikes- doesn't happen to me thankfully. How many background programs do you have running? Maybe one is interfering. Double cluck home so a bar shows up at the bottom of your screen showing what you have open. Hold down on a program until it shakes and an "x" appears. Click the "x" to close it. Also try closing the game using this method once a day. Make sure you frequent the app store for game updates, and re-booting your iPad on occasion s a good idea too. Good luck!

Don't bother rebooting. Just go to a friend's city and when you come back, the person with the first Valentine changes each time and you can keep doing that until you get Kate. It's much quicker than rebooting each and every time. Just a little tip

If anyone's curious, the first upgrade for the valentines romantic hotel requires 30 of each quest item (heart, arrows, cupids). Mike gives all three randomly, but he seems to be stingy with the level 3 cupids while the level 1 hearts appear more often. Made me wish I had collected a couple more cupids on level 3 before completing the quest.
