I wish GI would add a sort button to sort all the people with ships in port from the others. It is a lot of time scrolling through the lists a couple times a day to check who has ships in. So GI if you read this forum take this back and make it happen. Please.

Well, this port has completely changed the way I play this game. I don't stack goods in the warehouse in case I will need them for a contest (like meat or cocoa), but I stack finished goods. This is a complete paradigm shift for me. I had stopped visiting friends, but now I check in all the time for opportunities to help neighbors. I have upgraded factories for the port that I would never have done in the past because they were not lucrative. This is nuts, and I love it! A complete reinvention.

(Yes, it took 10 days to get the 30 steel details, but I'm over it now. If I could get upgraded, I would be a happy man.)

I am now into week 3 and still need another 7 steel details, annoyingly I got 4 in the space of 30 minutes last week, but none since so just concentrating on upgrading factories and warehouses at the moment.

That's annoying, I thought two weeks were long. Have you closed down your game and restarted. I would give that a go. I remember on valentines day, that your could close the game and then restart to get the starting letter come out first. Can't hurt to try anyway, good luck

Trust me I have tried everything, even de-installed the game and reinstalled from backup. I am quite chilled about it now actually, eventually it will complete so I am just setting up my game for when it does. Just completed the $7M challenge and when's on a giant spending spree, buying the second warehouse was a struck of genius $1M for level seven and 4 new slots or $1.5M for a new warehouse and 10 slots and subsequent upgrades are pennies.
