Guys, Andrew Su wants me to send him screenshots. I cannot figure out how to insert these photos into my message (in the "active request" section). Can someone of you habitual complainers share your know-how with me?

When you hit reply in your email from your iPad, tap anywhere on the screen and a small window should pop up with options to select, select all, insert photo or video and some other option forget what it says.

I am replying from within GI Support page. Tapping does nor work in that window. I tap Support --> History --> Active Requests-->the actual ticket. There is a window below that says, "Enter your answer." I can type but that's about it. I get emails from them only on my PC. This's the first time I am trying to reply via iPad.

Ha ha ha, yeah that's what they do laugh at us. I wrote a couple of tickets saying that you ask me for a screen shot to prove something but yet I can't post them in the system.
