I would prepare carefully as per masterplan. If the first few levels goes smoothly, I might consider spending somewhat at the last level or so.mthe problem is if we start spending in the beginning, and then later another task, which is out of control - then we end up overpaying for the 80 credit worth blueprint.

I need to do some prep work first. I need more warehouse space to be able to store the items I can stockpile and still be useful for other tasks. I got some time before I will start it. Thanks for the help. I have chlorine to give away for anyone that needs it.

Any of you guys succeeded in placing some of those beach buildings? I only get an error that there is not enough space and I should reorganize my buildings?

They are placed on the beach, by the river. You cannot pace them in the city, obviously. I assume you need to own a territory over there.
