I confirm that it is 10 medals.

Edit: yesterday I said the final upgrade requires +300 el. I think I need to correct myself. You need +400 electricity and 300000 coins. 48 hours to upgrade.

Lmao.... On a technicality they should reward me and all my friends a restaurant - ticket closed... I did however respond to the ticket I originally submitted about the 4 buildings. Told them that there goals are just unrealistic for real life people and that it would have been nice to have known that the golden eggs would be needed for further task. I don't expect to get a reply
