Getting a bit confused. I only see one building, and can't see where it says there's more than one in the achievement.
The daily challenge appeared a minute ago "deliver at least one batch of muffins". Nice! Especially since I'm producing those in huge quantities 
60 eggs, 54 muffins and 22 sour cream. Those sour cream are giving me headaches. It takes so long to produce them and I have only 2 dairy factories

I have 57 eggs, 16 muffins and 24 s. cream. I think the formula is ranch*19, mill*16 and dairy*12. At least for my level which is now 50.
Muffins are done, with 6 ranches running the eggs will be done in an hour or so. Holly Molly, 24 sour cream! I made 4 so far. With 2 dairies it will take me almost 10 hours to finish. I decided to build another dairy just in case, and it is being upgraded as we speak. Don't think I will be able to use it for the current building but who knows, maybe for the next one?
Lol, autocorrect changed dairy into dirty. There is a site that publishes the most ridiculous, embarrassing examples of autocorrected messages.

Really? There's definitely 4 unique buildings in the achievement photo- under achievements, not the event window.

Ah ha! I see what you mean now. So did you have to build the two buildings within the 3 day time frame they've given us? Or did the timer reset once you finished the first one?
Is the Egg in the gift window one of the buildings?
