yep, hate to say it but GI is a Russian company. Maybe it's my paranoia but that might explain why so many users in the contest who reach the top places have russian sounding/looking names. Maybe the contests aren't a level playing field. Not accusing anyone, just putting it out there.

I only have 2 confectionaries so I don't expect to place today but will try. For once my neighbors dog waking me early didn't aggravate me so much
I did get the elite builder achievement and the $200 in your account award. Since they double dollars right now I used the refund I got. Counter productive but those achievements suck me in

They need to have a 2-3 hour period in between contests for their server or whatever is causing this to catch up. With all these players in different time zones the in between time that continues to show the previous contest is not fair.
I am not 100% sure but I think the game takes away 5 clovers when you place a gold leprechaun in your city. Thats what i think happened to me

Yes, I see now. Mine is okay but yours looks like it shrunk a bit and moved NW, covering the walking lane behind the hotel. Weird but not surprising. The game is a glitchfest.
To answer the question about walking hats, I was wrong yesterday when I said that the activity would stop after the final upgrade is completed. After upgrading the treasury to lvl 3 I am still able to collect things.
