Bestbuy black tie help

I have a very small dent on the corner of my iPad 2. I also bought BestBuy Black tie protection when I bought my
iPad. I was wondering is bestbuy would replace my iPad? Does anybody have any experience with black tie?

Looks to me like it's a support plan if you run into problems. It doesn't say anything about replacement unless you have bought a lemon, might be best to call them and find out.
