Best DVD - ipad2 video converter

Can anyone please recommend a program that will convert the files on a DVD to the required H264 video format that can be viewed on an iPad2, that will also do any subtitles?

Handbrake will do that very easy using the AppleTV2 presets.
It can als include the subtitles.
And it's free.
