Best address book

Searched for this topic and did not fine one so I will ask...

What is the best address book for iPad?

Now I know there are lots of variables so I will try to limit my needs. It should be able to sync with other windows apps such as Office 2003. What I really want to know is what do you conceder the best address book?

An office type program with many other goodies would be nice, or maybe a google style product, sky's the limit!

The iPad's native Address Book app works perfectly fine with MS Exchange Servers, etc. Is there something you want to do that it's not capable of doing?

I talked to an iPhone user at work and he also said the apple contacts is perfectly fine. I guess that's why there are few address books available.
