battery dead, wont charge.

Got a new refurbished ipad pro, it came with a dead battery and using the apple charger it came with doesn't seems to take a charge. Has anybody experienced this? Tried doing a hard reset but I think the batter is just too dead.

If you bought it from Apple it comes with a full 1 year warranty identical to that offered with new devices. I agree that you need to get your iPad checked out at the Genius Bar at an Apple Store.
