Audio Reader

I upgraded my iPad 2 to iOS7 and now I no longer have the speak (audio Reader) option (or I can't find it) in my options or settings... My "Notes" App, Email, etc. or anything I use to highlight and (the option speak) was read to me. I'm really missing it. Has anyone else had and solved this problem?

Go to Settings - General - Accessibility. There are a few settings (Speak Selection, ...). Perhaps this is what you're missing.
