Are there limits to the number of times one can download an APP?

If we have 3-4 ipads over the next two years is that a problem? I'm thinking about pdf expert and trial pad -- Do these APPs mention this or it it unlimited for all your devices?

The apps you purchase are connected to your Apple ID, not your device. Afaik you're able to delete and download them as often as you like to do so. I've never before heard of a limit.

The only limit I know is the number of devices associated to your Apple ID (10).
