Apple refuses to recognize me

I logged out of AppleID in store, now apple will not recognize my: password.

Then I tried reset password, first by email, none received.
The tried to do it by answ questions. It didn't like my birthday either.
Tried searching for AppleID with name and email, can't find it.

What do I do now ?

It is confusing that they emailed you and you never received it plus then the trick question birth date is wrong so frankly you must email or phone apple.
