Apple games on IPAD

Is it possible to somehow load a game that is MAC onto an IPAD and run it? I have Bejeweled 3 for both PC and Mac and want to run it on the IPAD...

No. While the underpinning os iOS and OS X are the same, they are still different operating systems and will not run each other's programs.

Bejeweled 2 for the iPhone is only 99 cents. Despite the fact that it is an iPhone app it looks good and works well on the iPad in 2X mode.
