App for posting pics anyone?

Has anyone any good suggestions for an app that posts to twitter and Facebook simultaneously? I use Hootsuite which is great but it only posts a link to the image in FB and the image is not immediately visable in the feed. I used to use tweetdeck but that just seems to fail a lot these days and shoots out errors all the time.

Flickr is rapidly gaining popularity, but there are others such as Photobucket which are also very good. For your own sake and everyone else's, PLEASE don't choose Imageshack which is a POC PITA with its stupid little thumbnails and popup ads.
