An app suggestion please!

I need to create an interactive presentation with a specific functionality. I need a clickable symbol/image/text, which opens and plays video in full screen, then returns to the same slide. Also will need slides with clickable images that will open new slides with an in-depth info, and then have ability to return to the original/mother slide. I've tried Kenote, but couldn't do that - video for sure. Maybe I'm missing something - I'm new to iPad. Do I need some other programs (I have PC) to first create my presentation and then somehow convert it to iPad 2? Any help will be appreciated.

Keynote will play video, however the video has to be embedded in the presentation and needs to be added on a PC or Mac - i.e. Keynote on the iPad can play the video but you can't add a video from the iPad.
