All photos upside down..how to fix?

I,m guessing I,m holding the iPad upside when taking photos, as all of the pics come out upside when I transfer them to my computer (using photo transfer app). First, is that correct? Do i have to take the photos with the on/off button to the right? And, after transferring to computer, how can I easily rotate all of them in one shot? I use Photo Transfer app, and it won,t let me even rotate one pic after I transfer to pc computer. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Don't know if this helps but you can edit each photo and rotate it however you. I'm not sure what happens after that.
