Airport express printing without Internet? Advice please.

Hi, I have an iPad 2 3G, but no Internet at home. I just brought a HP 6500 printer and wondered if I can use the Airport Express device to connect it to my iPad, thus avoiding needing an Internet connection at home? If not is there any sort of cable that will connect the iPad to this printer? Thanks all.

I'm not totally sure, but I think if you plug your printer into your airport express, then your iPad should be able to print to it, I'm just not sure how you connect 3G to your airport express.

Give me a second to google a few things, see what I can find out.

You should be able to set your airport express up as a wireless router and connect the printer to it and the ipad, its noting to do with whether you have internet or not.

However you will lose access via 3g to the internet on your ipad while its connected wirelessly to your express.
