Hi! I am new to the jailbreaking stuff. I wanted to know about the afc2add tweak for jailbroken ipad. What does it do?

It sets it up so you can connect to your computer via USB cable. This is so you can use the cable with programs such as iFunbox or iExplorer to access the system files on your iPad.

You install it via Cydia (search for it and then download it). You won't get an icon or a Settings line, but you'll know you have it when you can access the iPad File system via USB.
