Addressee, cc and bcc names changing automatically?

For the last few days, copies of emails that I have sent from my iPad, have had the To, Cc and bcc addressee's names changed. Is this this happening to anybody else?
I am using TalkTalk as my server, and they have a lot of problems. Could this be a cause?
