10 minute video on ipad - need to get onto pc - doesn't copy

i have a 10 minute video and i want it on my pc. i went to the ipad folder, found the video tried to copy it to my desktop but it will not

the file is over 750 meg so is it too large?

if so then what cna anyone suggest
