Does anyone know if it's possible to approve comments and edit video settings from the iPad 2 ?

Go to YouTube in Safari. You can switch to the Desktop version of the site at the bottom. Once there you can do most of the stuff you'd normaly do on a computer, with the exception of uploading videos and probably a few other things I did not try. You can edit the basic info for a video at any rate. You'll have to experiment to see what all you can do.

You do have to work arround the annoying playlist bar that likes to appear in the middle of the page.
