Winterboard theme user background/wallpaper option not working.

Would like to user my own wallpaper.not working when checked.tried a simonblog solution recommending a free cyber duck download to use openssh . Ap store says $23.99.

Other options?

If you're using a Cydia theme as well as a user wallpaper, you can change it in Settings. If you've changed the wallpaper in Settings, and the wallpaper from the theme is still showing, open up Winterboard, and in the list view, you should see three parallel horizontal bars. Scroll until you see User Wallpaper, then tap and hold the bars next to it until you see the choice "lifted", then drag it to the top of the list so that it takes priority over the theme. Respring afterwards
