Check the rules in the first post.I added the second rule change and deleted the rule about the poster of an answer contacting one of the regular players if no verification of a win is sent within two hours.The deleted rule becomes redundant with the new rule change.

I think the Admiral just solved the latest challenge.It is Pitch Lake,Trinidad.I found every picture used in the challenge while checking up on the Admiral's answer.
