Upgraded OS and now no pdfs etc in my iBooks folder

    The title pretty much says it all. After upgrading to OS5, all of my pdfs and books have disappeared from this folder!

    Any one else had this happen?

    Of course i reconnected to iTunes, but no joy!

    All my original 'Collections' categories were preserved, but nothing in them!
