Oh, this date has so been entered in my calendar!

Once I understood the "new" Star Trek was a reboot (using/with the alternate timeline) - I loved the first one. This next one looks to be entertaining, also.

Oh, my, I'm glad I looked at my TV listings. I was assuming 9:00 pm viewing - it's at 8:00! I would have been late. Eeek!

Interesting news, I'll have to keep up on that.....I liked the original and TNG but I started to lose a bit of interest after that......it would be nice to see a new series with a fresh look.

Another thing to watch for in a new Star Trek series is whether or not it will be set in the alternate timeline established in the last movie.
