Record and Amplify voice to an audience at the same time

Hi everyone,

Thank you for the help!
I am new to ipad and audio recording! so i need help!

I need to record video and voice, from one or two microphones and need also to amplify the sound to an audience at the same time.
I am buying already two Audio-Technica ATR-3350 Lavalier Omnidirectional Condenser Microphone
and an adapter KM-IPHONE-MIC iPhone 1/8 inch microphone adapter - 3.5mm 4 conductor TRRS Male to 3.5mm Microphone Input Jack

For using two microphones i heard i need a splitter? or something like that? to get the two mics in, can you help me to know what i need to buy?
and can i plug my ipad to my speakers? i have Bose SoundDock Portable, can i do that? what devices i need to do this?
or how this can be possible with other equipment?

I need to do this with the ipad 3 and can i do this also with my iphone 4?
